• All class passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and for individual use only
• Valid for regular classes only
• Class passes can only be used for classes within their valid period
• Unused classes will not carry over after the valid period
• Extensions are not included, but may be available as outlined below
• Passes purchased on or after April 1, 2026 are not eligible for rollover
Activation & Booking
• Your pass activates at your first class
• You may only book classes on or after your first booking
• Need an earlier class? Simply cancel and rebook
Extension Policy (Optional)
• A one-time extension is available for 10% of the original pass price (capped at $50)
• Valid for 1 additional month
• Must be requested before the pass expires
Medical / Special Freeze (Case-by-case)
We understand unexpected situations happen. A one-time pass hold may be granted for:
• Serious injury or medical conditions
• Pregnancy
• Visa-related matters (e.g. visa check or required travel)
Conditions:
• Requires valid documentation
• Pass will be paused for the approved period
• Requests must be submitted before or shortly after the situation occurs
• Approval and duration are subject to review

Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the session

You will receive a text notification upon confirmation
A valid class pass is required to join the waitlist
If not confirmed, your session will not be deducted

Videos are stored for 7 days only due to storage limits
Please download promptly, as videos may not be recoverable after expiration
